Refund policy

Returns and order assistance

For retail orders placed through this website, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Books must be unused and in their original condition. Email LiveLoveLearnLeaveaLegacy@gmail.com with your order number before sending a return; we will provide instructions and the return address.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping and original shipping charges are not refundable. Once the returned book is received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your payment provider may take additional time to post the credit.

Damaged or incorrect books

If a book arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the book and packaging. Keep all packaging while we arrange a replacement or refund. We will cover any return shipping we require for a damaged or incorrect item.

Wholesale orders

Wholesale purchases are nonreturnable except for damaged or incorrect items. Contact us before ordering if you need different terms.

Cancellations

Email us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change an order. Once an order has shipped, changes may no longer be possible.
